Your Options

Becoming a parent is a big step. Whether you’re going it alone or getting assistance from your family or boyfriend, we can help you get prepared to be a parent and raise your child.

As soon as you know you are pregnant, we will refer you to doctors and clinics where you can get prenatal care and other necessary medical care for you and your baby.

Our caring staff and volunteers are here to support you every step of the way! We offer pregnancy, childbirth and parenting classes to help you understand the changes going on in your body, get ready for your child’s arrival and prepare you for your future. If you need other community resources such as utility assistance or child care, we’ll give you the information and make referrals for you to get the support you need.

You’re doing the right thing by researching all of your options, including adoption. If you are still in school or focusing on your career and don’t feel that you’re ready to be a parent, adoption may be for you.

Parenting might not be the best option for you at this point in your life – that’s ok. If you feel that you can’t parent, no matter what the reason, we can help. We are not an adoption agency but we do have information on adoption and will support you throughout your pregnancy and the adoption process. We will refer you to adoption agencies that can help you place your child with a family that can best care for your baby.

To learn more about adoption and if it is right for you, call us at (614) 237-2000 to speak with one of our trained staff or volunteers.

Abortion might seem like an easy solution, but it’s important to remember that abortion is a medical procedure. What type will you have? What are the risks? You deserve to know the facts. You owe it to yourself to make an informed decision.

Our staff and volunteers are trained to discuss the different types of abortion procedures with you and the risks associated with each. Abortion is a serious decision and we encourage you take at least 48 hours to think over your decision and make sure you are making the best choice for you and your baby.
